Welcome to SIGNED. ("SIGNED," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SIGNED.
1. What SIGNED is
SIGNED is an astrology-based parenting companion. We calculate Sun, Moon, and Mercury placements from the birth details you provide and write family readings from them, and host a community for parents. SIGNED is for entertainment, reflection, and educational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. Decisions about your family are yours alone.
2. Accounts
Your account is free. You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and by registering you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose birth details you enter. You may add those children's details only in that capacity. We do not knowingly permit accounts for, or direct interaction by, anyone under 18.
3. Readings and payments
Your account is free and includes your placements. The full reading is a one-time purchase, processed by Stripe, with prices shown before you pay. Readings for several children bought together in one purchase are priced as a family bundle. Each full reading includes one follow-up: up to five questions or notes, answered once. Because readings are written and delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Contact us for billing issues.
4. The community
You are responsible for what you post. Do not post harassment, hate, spam, illegal content, or other people's private information. Other members can read what you post, so please never post a child's full name, school, location, or photos. We may hide, remove, or moderate content and suspend accounts that break these rules. Other members can report a post, and a reported post may be hidden while it is reviewed.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you write and post. You give SIGNED a license to store and process your questions and notes in order to write your follow-up reading, and to show your community posts to other members inside the app. You can delete your posts, your readings, and your account at any time.
6. Disclaimers & liability
SIGNED is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIGNED is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Astrological readings are interpretive and not guaranteed to be accurate or applicable to your situation.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be noted by the "Last updated" date. Continued use means acceptance.
